GYS arquitectura is a studio leaded by architect Gerard Yubero Sainz, located in  Castelldefels, Barcelona.

We provide services for individuals, professionals ant public administrations in all kind of management and services related with architecture and public space.

Our team has a flexible structure that enables us to adapt to the client needs, from the most usual administrative tasks (occupancy certificates, energy certification, technical reports...) to renovation, building and public space projects.

That flexibility allows us to adjust the teams for the required tasks, minimizing the cost for the client., providing an optimal specialisation in the desired field.

We specialize on Technical Inspection of Buildings (ITE) drafting, energy certification, obtaining and renewing habitability certifications and drafting of all sort of architectural reports.

We develop projects and we manage works of any kind for individuals, public administrations and collaborating with other studios. We cover from small renovations to building and public space projects.

We bring your ideas to life using the latest rendering technologies. From furnishing items to the illustration of building and public space projects. We model and integrate the items into their environment.
